Hi,
my Hauppauge TV-Card is causing an ACPI-Problem. By initiating a shutdown, the PC won't turn off, reboots instead. By disabling the streaming device driver before initiating the shutdown sequence, the PC acts as supposed, no restart occurs. To work around the problem, I've tried to solve it with Girder (and assign a key for this on my remote), but failed... does anyone has a hint for me how I can disable/enable a specific device driver with Girder? Or maybe or Program/Script which does it for me?
Thanks in advance
Jupp
