Help!
I'm using JRMC 11.0.183 and Netremote 1.0.20.0 .
For some reason, I can't see playlists. The Media Library - Audio tree works fine, but Playlists show nothing. I've tried 3 different CCF files (Opus, PlayingNow, Jlee 2) and they all show the same problem.
Using Jlee's CCF, I can create a new playlist by right clicking on Playlist and selecting Add New. The new name appears in JMRC but never on NetRemote.
Any ideas??

If you have chosen to set library root in the driver setup (for instance to Media Library\Audio) you won't see the playlists. Remove that, and you'll see them again.

I wish it were that easy! That field is blank. In the tree view in netremote, I see this:
+Playing Now
+Media Library
+Playlists
Selecting + by Media Library works fine.
Selecting + by Playing Now works if something is in Playing Now. If not, the Netremote blows up with critical error.
Selecting + by Playlists does nothing. (other than flashing "(loading...)" very quickly on the first double click)
Double clicking on item gives same as selecting the +.
If I put text in Library Root as \Media Library then all that appears is what is under media library.
-------------------------
Another wierd thing with this...
For 3 different CCF Files (Opus, NowPlaying, Jlee's), this occurs.
When going to a panel dedicated to playlists versus the Library panel, then what displays as a playlist are the items directly under \Media Library !! So, since I have JRMC configured to only show Audio, What I see on the Playlist panels is Audio and Advanced. I've attached a capture..
Any other ideas

I don't know what's happening with the tree view but I can help you with that panel. Use the latest version of my CCF from my website and read the Readme file. It tells you to edit the lua file with the location of your playlists.

Hi Marck,
Not sure why this isn't showing up either, but the critical error with Playing Now is not right (obviously). I'll take a look.
Did you select to show Playing Now in tree or was it that way by default?

Thanks for all the help...
The error occurs when I select Now Playing after the tree is already displayed. Happens whether i click on the + or double click on the name. If I add a song to Now Playing (either through NetRemote or local on the JRMC app), then I don't see the problem.
I'm out of town this week, so I can't check/verify any suggested fixes...

I'm having the same problem showing anything under the Playlist item in the JRMC tree. I created a second plugin instance and set the library root to "Playlists" but I don't see anything in the tree view in NR. If I set it back to "Media Library\blah...." it works fine. I just want to be able to toggle between my view schemes and Playlists. I could just leave the root blank but I don't want that as I have a bunch of view schemes that I don't want to display.
Is this a bug?

Could be, though I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Let me have a go.

I also tried setting the root to "Playlists\Some playlist group..." but that didn't work either.
(Sorry if that looks like a shameful bump! :) )

I notice a winamp user is also having a problem viewing playlists in the tree. Maybe these 2 issues are related and it's a bug in MB?

Okay. :) No more need for bumping, I've got this on my list to checkout thoroughly.

Okay, this was a bug in NetRemote, which I've found and fixed. This will be in the next release.

Great thanks Ben.
Sorry for the excessive bumping, I just though I'd err... keep you updated with progress

Not a problem at all. I have new releases of MediaBridge, the Designer, and NetRemote that I'm hoping to wind up and have ready for you all to hammer on early next week.
