Genremctl.dll won`t register

I think you should ask this somewhere else,.. this is obviously a ATI problem. Do you have the correct versions of everything,.. did you follow the instructions of them to the letter ?

Downloaded and unzipped the file from ATI, followed the instructions in the included document, but when I try to register the file, I get an error message stating the following: "Load Library ("genremctl.dll") failed. GetLastError returns 0x00000485"

genremctl.dll is placed in the "ATI Multimedia folder. Win ME OS.

Anybody know what`s causing this?
