Netremote pro + x50v = "CIR.DLL not found" ?

Hy,

I have problems using netremote on my axim x50v (french ROM).

It is installing without problems but when I try to start it says it is unable to initialise CIR port and it is missing the CIR.DLL file. This file is present in the windows directory and even by moving it in the software's directory it won't work.

I installed the 31 jan 2005 version (1.0.20.0).

Can someone help me?

Try a soft reset and reinstall NR.

Any luck with JLee's tip? The CIR.dll should be in the windows directory, so you should be good there.

I'll hard reset my x50v to see if I have the same issue.

After just a soft reset, everything seems to work fine now.
