still think that this is the next big thing shame it is not avialible now, except the ipronto netx anyone know how to use this with netremote that would be awesome.

sorry if i did explain you do not need another computer. it is like a ir EXTENDER except you can send ircode via wifi direct

I use the GlobalCache device in my home theatre now, and will be adding soon to my upstairs and device closet. Highly recommended to convert all of your IR over to standard TCP/IP!

i know i am stupid but how to connect it to wireless to make it independant. is there a product wap product you can recommend.

via ip. You can connect from a device running ip and netremote, it converts ir to ip, sends it the global cache, it then squirts it out in ir
