Plugin actions?

Where are the plugin actions? My old actions work that used plugins such as my TiraIR codes but I can't find where to add new ones.

you can only add actions for plugins that have been rewritten for girder 4, for these plugins the actions will be listed under the actions tab on the left

At least the old actions still work :)
