Create a DVD Browser using my plugin - how to populate?

Ok, can anyone help - what is the best practice to create a DVD Browser (by picture) using data supplied from my plugin? My plugin is grabbing data (from Meedio), so lets say I have a list of paths to images and names and an ID, and I want to create a clickable image that passes the ID back to my plugin (so it can tell Meedio to play it).

Does this get created in the CCF and populated with variables from my plugin, or do I create some sort of graphic list control in the plugin itself?

If you have Girder then you could use LDJ (Lua DVD Jukebox)

Actually that might not work having reread your message. LDJ would want to scan the files itself.

So close :) I am avoiding Girder/Lua if possible - I was hoping I could get it all accomplished via plugins and the CCF...
