Hello,
Has anyone written Palm software to allow a Palm (such as a Tungsten) to function as an IR transceiver for a PC? I know this doesn't sound cost effective as compared to a UIRT/Tira, but my Palm display has totally died (out of warranty) and is useless right now. The unit is still functional from a USB and IR point of view.
Pacific Neotek (http://www.pacificneotek.com/) provides a development kit for their product (OmniRemote PRO Software) that might support this function with programming .. but I'm not really a programmer.
Any re-directs would be appreciated.
