Yes the TCP/IP client 2 can send events to the TCP/IP server somewhere else on the network.

I want to connect my slink-e to my server upstairs for Zone control of my house. My HTPC runs downsttairs connected to my system for rs232 control and DVD playback.
I want to have the main programming for events on the upstairs machine but pass commands or a code to kick off an event to the other pc in the Hometheatre for example receiving an ir code via the slink-e on a particular port executes agroup on the machine downstairs to execute serial plugin on that machine.
If so what do I need to do to get it to work...thanks Rick

Thanks Ron
So the HTPC would therefore be the server in the Girder environment and the upstair machine would run the client software to send commands to the server.
Presumeably you just makeup command strings for an event and assign it to an action on the server.
