I'm just wondering if you are going to be revising the help docs that have already been written. I noticed some mistakes and just thought I would mention it. For instance, under "USER INTERFACE -> MAIN WINDOW" you'll find the paragraph:
Main interface, on the left you see the actions and conditionals. These are used to make configure Girder. On the right you see the application definitions. Try to keep on each application in one file, which could confuse some users.
