But when I look on my Hard Drive in Girder's main folder, I see this icon

We are upto v3.3.8.
Mike, you may need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall.

Hmnn, that's strange, I see now that the version is 3.8, wonder how I got the 3.7? Anyway, I will go do the 3.8 and get back to you, thanks.

Okay please download Girder 3.3.9. It should have fixed this problem.

This problem has not gone away it seems for at least NT 4.0, SP6a. Just loaded version 3.3.10 in an NT4 machine and, wham, "fatal error" can't find DLL (gvms.dll). The file is there and I tried several things but just won't go. It seems the executable is looking somewhere other than it's own directory path.
Any help? Can I get version 3.3.9 instead? Try the beta 4.0?
Note: This error occured for the "Standard" purchased version. I also tried installing it in another NT4 machine with the same results so seems to be a built in problem with Girder and NT4 since no one else is complaining recently. This puts me in a bind since this was purchased for an industrial purpose to start and stop an I/O server for an RTU PLC.

Can you try G4?
Ron is out of town right now.

Thanks for the response Mike. I have downloaded and will try G4 tommorrow. I am currently on a commissioning job in Brazil. We ended up with some wrong runtime hardware keys and need something to automatically restart the I/O server after timeout until replacement keys arrive.
I told everyone I could temporarily resolve the problem with Girder (I use it at home for my HTPC and is the glue that puts everything together). It didn't look so good when Girder balked on NT4!
Anyway, thanks for the help. I was not sure if G4 was useable on NT4 as stated for 3.3.10.
Regards,
Dane

I am not sure if G4 works for NT4. Contact me through email gsupport@promixis.com and I'll see what we can do.
