DVD Spy crashes Girder

I suspect that your Girder's too old. Any reason for not upgrading?

What am I doing wrong?
D/l'd and unzipped DVDspy into girder folder (default location)
Double clicked DVDspy.reg
Made new commands for Insert DVD and Eject DVD both just display an OSD
Eject works but Insert crashes girder (Whether PowerDVD is running or not)

Any ideas very welcome

Wonderful!!
I even had 3.0.24 d/l'd and hadnt upgraded. That did the trick perfectly.

PS When I re-read my title I was a little embarrassed - it was already clear it was my ignorance rather than the plugin crashing Girder, Ill think a few seconds longer before posting such hasty topics again.
