I don't use IRDA nor an IPAQ but ... can IRDA be set up to allow TCP/IP to travel over that medium? If so, you could use the TCP/IP client/server stuff. This may require some more software as I also don't know if the client or server will run on an IPAQ.

Maybe someone else has a better idea? :sad:

I'm looking for a solution to use my IPAQ Pocket PC to gear WindowsXP with IrDA.

I can't find working server software to do this with IrDA, so my question is:

Is it possible to gear WindowsXP functions with Girder using my IPAQ with Pocket PC 2002.

I thinking about controlling a PC with mp3 files in the car over the Pocket PC. And later DVD, Video and GPS...
