Hi, i'm french and newbie (sorry for my english...).
I would' like to use my serial infrared receiver Pinnacle not with the Pinnacle Remote Control but with my Universal Remote Control (a One for All 6) and any code of a third party Remote Control store in is memory (i don't have find the code for the Pinnacle in the OFA site).
With the Pinnacle Plug-in, differents buttons of my OFA are recognized as the same.
I suppose i must use another plug-in but which ? It is possible ?
I have find parameters for the pinnacle receiver (speed :1200, RTS only and 3 bits) but where can i put them ?
PC Remote control have a generic Plug-in who work with this receiver but in Girder
I have find this here :
The pinnacle receiver will only respond to IR signals from its own remote. (Mike C)
and this
It worked for me. However, I changed to use WinLirc with the Pinnacle IR receiver because the original remote control did break... I prefer WinLirc now, because I can use other remotes with the pinnacle receiver, too. (thor)
Argh, don't tell me it isn't possible with Girder !
Thanks
