Mute toggle bug

Yep that is a feature :smile:, I'll have a look at it. I'll mod it so that zero will toggle, < 0 mute and > 0 enables the sound channel. Sounds good ?

Fixed in Girder 3.0.25pre6. This however broke the "Mute setvolume functionality" so I added a separate action for that, the way it is supposed to be.

Usage mute:
Stepsize 0 = toggle
Stepsize < 0 = Mute channel
Stepsize > 0 = Unmute channel

In Girder 3.0.25pre5 the mute toggle doesnt work anymore. If you enter a positive value in the step size box, it enables the output. If you enter 0 or a negative value, it disables the output. This is NOT how it should be :smile:
