1 button to enable and disable groups

I understand setting up an enable and disable for a group with 2 buttons, but how do i do it with one? In girder 3.3 i saw a double remote icon thing, that i had no idea how to make, in girder 4... hes gone. Anyone know how to do it in either version?

This would be done using states.
