I cannot see the not scrolling problem, could you describe when it happens?

Great work, Ron, but some moments...
1) Scrollbar in main window does not work. (scrolling is awailable only via mouse wheel)...
heh... sorry....after keyboard plugin enabling it works again...check it, please.
2) Could you implement an option for moving folder (group) to upper level (I did not find that option)?

It took place in some moment yesterday without keyboard plugin enabled.
I cannot reproduce it. Maybe it happens only in certain cases, maybe it was my problem (WinXP), sorry. But it was. I saw it.
