Feature suggestion for Girder 3.1

Thats not really the way Girder works, but you know what, I'll add an example .gml file into the distribution that shows exactly how to do this.

Here's a thought: Since you've been tightening the treeview, here's a feature I think would be in order: Assigning conditions to a toplevel-group. IE: Make all commands in a toplevel group conditioned to certain things, such as Window X is foreground or window X IS NOT the foreground window. This would make things a good deal more convinient for us "newbie" types..
