Feature request for Girder 3.1

We will hope for Mark's permission to use his code in Girder. He is a specialist in that question.

If you need this only for text/picture output you can use Mark's PopupOSD plugin. If not (for example for Volume OSD) then Ron will have to change it.
Ron, which plugin now takes care of the Volume OSD? If it's Girder itself can you somehow add multi-monitor support or I will I have to talk to Mark for this?
