I had a simple project with 1 event triggering 2 x USB-UIRT Transmit IR actions defined & working in G4 B2. I upgraded to G4 B3 and first of all discovered the SS FireFly mapping has disappeared and needs to be re-imported. After this I tested the IR transmit actions and at that point I had this crash. I removed and recreated the USB-UIRT actions and now all seems to be fine. Perhaps this was an anomaly caused by the upgrade. Justa thought.

PS. Apologies for the posting of the error code. I am not running email on my HTPC where this error occurred and hence the copy / paste.
