also make sure your remote and IR receiver work with autorepeat. You can check this by looking at the led indicator on the main window of Girder. If it's not flashing repeatively when you hold the button then your remote (or receiver) can't work with autorepeat.

May sound stupid, but are you actually holding the button down, or just letting it go? If you dont hold it down, it won't accelerate. If you are holding it down, make sure the remote is constantly pointed toward the reciever.

Hi!
I have tried to control my computer's mouse cursor through Girder-software. I installed and configured MouseAccel-plugin, but when the remote control button is pressed, mouse moves only one pixel to the chosen direction, with no acceleration. Did I configure something wrong? (IR-receiver is IRman)
Also normal mouse movements are not suitable; if the "Step"-value is small, mouse moves veeeeery slowly, and if it's bigger, about 8, I cant click on menu bars and icons anymore, because cursor takes too big steps...
And finally, thanks to anyone who can help, and sorry for my (possibly) bad English skills
