Copy and Paste with Designer?

Is it possible to copy and paste an entire page using Designer. It seems like it should be straight forward to do this but I can't seem to get it to work.

Any tips on how to copy an entire page.

You should be able to use control-c to copy (after clicking on a page), and then control-v to paste it (after clicking on the group to paste it into). Also, the right click menu should show "copy page" and "paste page" when on the page and page group respectively.

Control-c and control-v seem to work. However using the right click menu does not work (or at least works only intermitently) - maybe a possible bug.
