Can i use the program with FLY VIDEO 2 remote control?

i have FLY VIDEO 2 tv card and it has a remote control.

is there pluggin's for it?
(i want 2 use this remote control for winamp)

(if not, can i connect the infrared line
it has circular exit like the keyboard or mouse (PS2)
can i connect it 2 one of them and use girder 2 control winamp?
