Okay this should be getting pretty darn good now.
I had to change something in the eventrouting, if something doesn't work and Girder beeps let me know, it might be the recursion protection.
Changes:
* fixes for all reported problems
* updated the numbuilder to use the number registers
* added the ctinfra plugin
* added the get tick count, reset tick count actions.

What I do is check if the CD is being used, if so I do not eject. To prevent application crashes etc. So in this case the DOS prompt is using the CD. I'm not sure if it is possible to override this nor if it is smart to override this. So it's not a bug, its a feature :smile:

Okay I this working under win2k, but now I need 2 people to confirm it works before I release it.
1 Windows XP
2 Windows 9x
So helps us out here and download the executable.

There's a problem with Eject Media command in all version of Girder (maybe). When a windows open and show the content of my CD ROM .IE: DOS Prompt is open and the current path is E: (My CD-ROM drive letter), Girder can't eject the CD out. It report: Cannot open media (or drive). If I close that window, it work normally.
