Error starting NetDesigner

Hi

I am a newbie and trying to use NetDesigner. When I start Netdesigner I get the following error

Connecting to NetRemote object
Creating CoNetRemoteHelper
There was an uncaught exception initializing the application
The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx (ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
