Were is the info about opening and closing frames, kept?!

Trying to do some stuff with openorclose frame etc, but I can't find the info about how to use it for the life of me.

Could someone point a large object at it!

Hi Dan - I think this is FramePopups.lua in the NR lua directory (provided by rah99).
