Anti repeat question

I'm assuming you are using Girder 3.1

In the main girder window select an eventstring, now the "Antirepeat wait time [ms]" editbox becomes available. Thats where you put the antirepeat times.

I know this is probably a dumb question but I can'nt find where to set anti repeat in girder. Can someone point me in the right direction!
