GC and repeat with ND

Will there be any fix on repeat problem when use with GC port command in ND?

Absolutely. This is an issue with NR, not with the Designer, but the next version of NetRemote is still in development.

As a workaround (for now), you can use the NRBasic.SetVariable command, with the variable name as IR.PortNumber and the value being the port.
