WinXP and Girder, Windows are too small

If you are having problems with Girders windows being to small in Windows XP here is a solution


1.) Open Control panel and double click Display Properties (or right-click on the desktop).

2.) Select the "Appearance" tab and click the "Advanced" button.

3.) From the "Item" drop down, select "Active Title Bar" and change the "Size" to the lowest available (20).

This changes the XP themed title bars to standard pre-XP size for all apps.

Or you could just switch to the Windows Classic theme (I can't understand how people can look at Luna all day anyway).

Switching to classic theme still keeps the "big honkin' (TM)" title bar height. So even if you switch to classic you'll still need to change the "Active Title Bar" height. :evil:

Sorry, can't help. WinXp is just broken. I tried fixing it with the current version but no go. Will be fixed with next major release of Girder. ( UI overhaul is planned, so no fears for plugins or settings )
