LED Will Not Change Colors When Button Pressed PB

My packard bell remote does is sending signals to my computer, but the LED in Girder does not change colors. Using IGOR, all the settings should be correct. DCD selected, COM2, Initialized, and it's not working. Can anyone give me some suggestions to getting this to work.
