Customize library tree to display artists/tracks

Is there a (simple) way to have the library tree display artist/tracks rather than artists/albums/tracks?

I assume you could write elaborate code to do it, but was wondering if there is a setting or something easy.

WMP 10. I could switch to JRMC if that would make it easier.

If you switch to JRMC you can have the library tree display as many levels as you like and it's totally configurable as to what is displayed at each level. That's just one of the reasons most of us prefer it.
