"On Device Change" events

Hi,

It would appear I am getting some "On Device Change" events even thou the plugin is not enabled and no device has changed.

On Device is no longer handled by a plugin and will come in no matter what the setting of the 'enabled'. I am just passing the WM_DEVICECHANGE on, so windows must think something is going on.

Would it be a hardware device?
