Girder won't start

I bet it is win95, just looked up the function and sure enough, requires win98. Damn Bill.

I'll delay load this one or move to ChangeDisplaySettings It might have the functionality I need.

Getting error:
The GIRDER.EXE file is
linked to missing export USER32.DLL:ChangeDisplaySettingExA

I have a USER32.DLL file in windowssystem.

Any ideas?
