Keyboard plugin, if this sees the extended keys depends on if your keyboard drivers filters them....

Example: My IBM Rapid Access Pro MM keyboard (PS2 type) filters the MM keys if the special keyboard driver is installed, lets Girder use them perfect if the default keyboard driver is installed.
My brother's Compaq MM keyboard (USB type) automatically installs the special drivers when the USB keyboard is detected, so there is no way to pass the keys on to Girder.
So, for PS2, try uninstalling any special keyboard driver if you want Girder to be able do all the MM stuff.
