Is there a way to get Girder working with the IRmate 410U from Tekram?

Ok, I've tested this Plugin and anything seams ok, but Girder reveived no signal from the remote control... the 410U is connected to the USB-Port and has a Virtual Com-Port at Port 4.

Mobiles, Laptops e.g. can connect without any problems.
