Serial Plugin Version 3.0.1

I've just sent Ron the next version of the serial plugin. The executable and source should hit this site soon. Please be patient. :)

Highlites include -

Fixed a nasty startup/shutdown bug (would occasionally hang/crash Girder)
Made the receive buffer more dynamic in size (user defined 30-1024 bytes)
When all devices are disabled, the serial ports are released
Added commands to disable/enable a specific serial port device
Added the use of pld1-pld4 to hold event information
Added 3 examples to the distribution

Mark, can you please check if 'Add Device Prefix' (in 'Message Definitions' -> 'Receive') is ok? It doesn't seem to work here.
Everything is fine when I replace serial.dll with version 3.0.0, but 3.0.1 seems to break it, no matter what I select on 'Use Name' and 'Add Device Prefix' ....; Events just don't have the device prefix.
