Ok, while I have never used a joystick in Girder (so I don't know how to get it to work the way you are trying) I found this site which says it will do exactly what you want: http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/ProgrammTB/winjoyd.html (a "Windows Joystick Driver" that will "use any gamepad or joystick that Windows recognizes to control the mouse cursor")

I am trying to use a joystick as a mouse with Girder, and have tried finding joystick to mouse programs with no luck.
Girder recognizes my joystick input, however when you move l/r/u/d only one code is sent from the joystick and then another when returned to centre. How would I latch that direction through Girder to continuously send a mouse movement and then unlatch that movement with a l/r/u/d or centre movement?

I tried looking around and found a lot of programs that claimed to do the same, but were garbage.
This one does the trick and is small and simple.
Thanks :D
