Bug report: Girder 3.1.1 (2 possible bugs + 2 documentation questions)
1. Possible race condition when using “-eventstring” command line parameter.
I use “-eventstring” command line parameter to trigger events in a running Girder process. Unfortunately if I sequentially trigger several events – let’s say in a half of second intervals – the Girder control process will hang itself.
2. Possible logical error in handling Girder startup when using “-eventstring” command line parameter.
If the Girder is not already running the first use of “-eventstring” command will start it. Unfortunately the auto load of the main configuration script will not execute. I would consider this to be a bug because I could specify a different configuration file from a command line if I wanted to do so.
