Purchasing question

I purchased 2 copies of NetRemote and Girder almost a month ago, do CDs come in the mail or do they just send me a license in an email?

When I purchased NR and Girder, all I did was download the software (comes in demo mode) then waited for the license info. It came via e-mail. That all....no CDs.
