Girder 3.1.2 Bugs

Thanks for the report, I've fixed bug number 1, I think number 2 was related.

You can find the updated stuff in 3.1.2c

After a new installation of Girder 3.1.2, the following functions had trouble (with XP):

SendMessage 1.51 : "Access violation at adress 00403CB7 in module 'Girder.exe'. Read of address 00000001."

French language : "Access violation at adress 004528ED in module 'Girder.exe'. Read of address 00000000.".

(Replacing with 3.1.0 files fixed that).
