I've been playing a bit with Girder 4 to see if I could get my configuration to work the way I want it to. I had to write some stuff my self so I'm sharing it with the rest of you. If I could figure out how to submit them to the download section I would have done that too.
Anyway, you can find 2 new items:
1. A new plugin called MCEIR-G4 that wraps the original MCEIR and gives it full functionality under Girder 4.
2. An adaptation of the existing iTunes+OSD GML to work with Girder 4 Lua scripts.
They can both be downloaded from http://kutner.org/downloads
Enjoy,
Eran

Hi Eran,
Very cool.
Can you tell me more about the MCE stuff you have wrapped in terms of how it functions? Does this replace the default driver ala BurningZeRoad's solution or is it different?

Thanks. It Still requires the original mceir.dll from BurningZeRoad. It just provides a wrapper that uses the girder 4 API instead of the original girder 3 API. It also provides a DUI so IR commands can be recorded and then played in response to events.
Very simple, the source code is available in my web site.

Link is working, but I have problem with the plugin on Windows Server 2003, girder freezes if I run it with MCEIR-G4.dll in plugins directory.
