Hi,
I just finished working with the winlirc device for controlling my PC. I managed to get winamp controlled from my remote control, but not all the buttons were read by winlirc(+girder).
Now I am thinking of going for UIRT. I just want to know how much better is it as compared to winlirc.
Also I am not good at programming PIC's, where can I get the pre-programmed PIC(and hopefully whole kit). I live in Dublin, Ireland, and I am willing to pay.
