I'll see what I can do, I vaguely remember Delphi being a little problematic about this. Delphi hides all its child windows if the main window is hidden. I'll see if that can change though.

How about... allowing access to the Display Girder Variables (F10) window from the right-click menu of the tray-icon? I'd like to use that window even when Girder's main window is minimized.
