@Virrdo
There mußt be a problem with winlirc. This has nothing to do with girder or the plugin.

The yellow light means: Initializing the hardware and reading the configuration.
I never had this. Maybe the winlirc configuration-file is not found?

The problem is that since Girder is starting up before WinLIRC the WinLIRC2Girder plugin cannot find the WinLIRC service running in the background, so it doesn't enable the input device in Girder. Then when you restart Girder the WinLIRC2Girder plugin finds WinLIRC and starts up successfully. The only way for this to work is for WinLIRC to be started before Girder.

May I suggest trying Igor's SFH-56 girder plugin which works with LIRC compatible receivers when the input signal is set to DCD. This will eliminate the problems that you are having as well as having one less program running. I have also found that a greater variety of remotes seem to work with Igor's plugin than with WinLIRC.

Good luck :)

When I start up girder (windows already started) both girder and winlirc startup fine, but when I startup the computer then winlirc has a yellow light in the tray all the time...

kinda anoying, because of this I've to restart girder manually everytime I restart my computer!

Edit: I use the 'WinLirc2Girder'-plugin for girder to start winlirc when girder startup...
