I have access to vc++ and have one of these cards. Let me know what to look for and I'll give it a go.

Eugene's DVD Player is not currently supported by DVDSpy.
Like the bundled Hollywood+ player, it requires the hardware decoder to work. This does not directly affect how hard it is to extract information. But it does mean that those of us without the hardware cannot test anything.
Do you have access to Visual C++? If so, I could outline some things to try. If not, perhaps I could add a way to do the usual tests via the registry.

Sorry for the delay in keeping this effort moving forward.
I have put together a bit more text about how to add applications and included it in the source archive starting with version 1.21, which I've sent along to Ron. There should be an extending.htm in there; start there.
Of course, it really only explains how to do the simple cases, which you probably could have figured out yourself. It does not say anything about what to do for the hard cases, since what's hard is what I didn't anticipate.
Since there is hardware assistance involved, these programs may well work completely differently from the software only players. For instance, I have no idea whether they use DirectShow at all.
Anyway, the basic strategy is
Edit dummy support for Station.exe into DVDSpy and run it so that it generates events for the usual techniques.
Run it with Spy++ logging messages sent to player controls and look for text that matches the displayed state.
Assuming that there is an available technique among those already supported, copy and paste a new program definition using it.
Keep me posted on how the testing goes. And let me know if there's anything that could be made clearer in the extending document.

Hello.
I'm a newbie and Girder is the best free program ever. I use it with my Realmagic remote.
I have a question about DVDSpy plugin. I use Eugene DVD Player to watch DVD on my PC and I'm interested if DVDspy plugin can handle Title, Remaining, Elapsed Time etc.
Thanks for all replies.
