Another Redrat2 question

I made the switch to Girder 3.1 and so far it works great. I'm using the Redrat plugin and it works fine when I use com1 or com2, however I can't seem to get it to work with my additional com ports.

I'm using a comtrol RocketportSi 8 port adapter that gives me eight additional ports. These ports show up as com3, com4....com10. I have other devices conrolled by Girder working fine with these additional ports. Irman is using com4 and I am using the serial plugin to control devices on com3 and com5.

When I try using the Redrat plugin on any of the additional com ports it just doesn't work and I have to close Girder.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can make this work?
