It stays on top on mine, and nobody else has noticed this!
It should run with HWND_TOPMOST set. What else are you running at the same time?

For the focus you just need to set the target for the UP or any other button to the OSD window, that works for me.
About the on top function I can't remember right now and I am away from my machine, and can't check

Hi!

Got my UIRT working quite fine with Girder and Matt's OSD Menu. There are still two problems. :-? First one: the OSD doesn't sometimes get "focused" or something like that. I mean that sometimes when I launch the OSD and press the "UP" key of my remote the blue box around my desktop icons moves up. Not the selection in OSD. Is there a trick to get around this and somehow force the OSD get focused when launched?

Second problem is that the OSD doesn't seem to have always-on-top function at all. For example if I have a browser window open (like now as I'm typing this) and I would like to use the OSD it opens up somewhere under these windows. A trick around this?

Thanks.

Antti from Finland :D

Hehe. Thanks. Just couldn't see the forest behind the trees. :D

Now I just gotta figure out the on-top function. Then everything is just the way I want. Yeah, right.

Still have no idea about this. How to make OSD stay always on top? Anyone? :-?

I already replied on the other post but I'll put something here too.

I don't have to run anything else than notepad. OSD appears under it. If I have two notepads open at the same time OSD is between them. Should I maybe exit all other programs than Girder and see what happens?
