Set target classname to "Winamp PE".
Then send a WM_COMMAND message with:
wParam = 105792 for scroll up.
wParam = 105793 for scroll down.

You need to set your Anti-repeat wait time to something like 200-1000ms, and that should fix your problem :)

I'm a newbie and I'm using the AST/Logitech remote to control my winamp. Every time I press next track it seems to execute randomly more than once. It'll skip like 5 tracks and then play. Same thing when shuffle is on. When I use the Test Command, it'll work fine and go to the next track.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks also for the answer, I was having this very problem and this also fixed it.
Now, this may be obvious, but I'm also a Girder newbie.
Does anybody know how to implement scroll up/down within the playlist? I think I need to send PGUP and PGDN to that window, but I've not figured out how to do it.
These don't appear to be defined in the Winamp API like 'Play' and some of the others.
Thanks,
Carlos
