girder 4.0.8 luascript uses wrong registry location

all luascript files for girder 4.0.8. have been updated to write to the registry location for v5.
e.g.
SOFTWARE\\Promixis\\Girder\\5\\Plugins\\NetRemoteI R

so all serial device settings etc. are lost...

also, on the script editor dialog box of 4.0.8, the toolbar icons have disappeared and are replaced by text only buttons ?

yes....

but now, you changed the registry keys to lower case
(it's case independent, so it doesn't matter much)
