Calling Girder Event via hyperterminal

I can issue the following command on the local pc and the tv will toggle on/off without a problem:

c:\program files\promixis\girder\event.exe toggletv

Now, I want to telnet into that pc and issue the same command, however, it just doesn't work when going through telnet/hyperterminal.

Could someone please assist me?

Must have missed this one, sorry about that.

I assume you have a telnet server running on the PC that runs Girder?

Do you get any error message when you try running event.exe? Try it without any parameters, and see if you get the help window popping up.

It may be a permissions problem, what account does the telnet server run under?
